Cookie policy
Exactly what our two properties store in your browser, and the long list of things they do not.
1. The short version
The marketing website (renewals360.com) sets no cookies at all. The platform (app.renewals360.com) uses strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in securely. Neither property uses advertising, tracking or third-party analytics cookies.
Because everything the platform stores is strictly necessary for a service you have asked for, no cookie consent banner is required. If we ever introduce non-essential cookies, we will ask for consent first.
2. The marketing website (renewals360.com)
No cookies. The only browser storage used is a local preference that remembers your light or dark theme choice. It stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.
3. The platform (app.renewals360.com)
Authentication session: strictly necessary cookies and browser storage issued by our authentication provider (Supabase) when you sign in. They identify your session, keep it secure, and expire or are removed when you sign out or the session ends.
Preferences: local storage for interface preferences, such as your theme. Stays on your device.
Payment pages: when you pay by card, the payment page and card processor may set strictly necessary cookies of their own to process the transaction securely and prevent fraud.
4. What we deliberately do not use
No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no social media pixels, no third-party analytics cookies, and no fingerprinting, on either property.
5. Managing storage
You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. Clearing the platform's storage signs you out; clearing the website's storage resets your theme preference. Because we set nothing non-essential, there is nothing to opt out of.
6. Changes
If what we store ever changes, this page will be updated first, the version at the top of this page will change, and consent will be requested where the law requires it. Questions: hello@renewals360.com.
