What can I track?

Anything with a renewal, expiry, review date or notice period: software licences, hardware warranties, SSL certificates, domains, supplier contracts and SLAs, insurance, certifications, maintenance plans, leases, fleet servicing, policies and recurring reviews. If it has a date and a consequence, it belongs in Renewals360.

Is it only for IT?

No. IT is where most companies start, because those dates are the easiest to miss and the most painful when missed. But every division carries renewals, and they all work the same way here: one record, one owner, one forward view across operations, finance, compliance and facilities.

How do I add my existing renewals?

Three ways. Add them manually, import your spreadsheet, or upload contracts and let the AI extract the dates and terms for you to confirm. Most customers send us their workbook and see their own next 180 days inside the platform within 48 hours. Up to 250 obligations are migrated free on every plan.

Can different teams own different renewals?

Yes. Every obligation carries a named owner and an approver, and obligations group into category windows, so the IT manager works their domain, facilities works theirs, and the executive view stays whole. Viewers are free and unlimited.

How are reminders delivered?

In-app and by email, timed to the notice window rather than the renewal date, starting five months out for anything that needs a real decision. If an item stalls past its owner's window, it escalates automatically to the escalation contact.

Can we run multiple companies or clients?

Yes. The Group and MSP plan runs multi-entity groups and client portfolios: client-level ownership and permissions, group rollup reporting, and monitored escalations across the whole book. And because we never quote on renewals, MSPs stay in control of their own supplier relationships.
